• Follow-up and management of the processes from the raw material supply of the products to the finished product according to the determined deadlines• Planning and managing supply chain in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) Region.• Carrying out fabric R&D studies in China, Egypt, Bangladesh and Türkiye• Sourcing fabric and finding new vendors from the MENA Region and China • Weekly Critical Path System and daily ASAKAI meetings with stakeholders• Monitoring and Reporting KPIs • Keeping the plans up to date and following their implementation• Conducting root-cause analyses• Carrying out process improvement projects.• Preparing the long- and short-term production plans according to the due dates
