I have 15 years of public (Turkish Armed Forces) experience. In September 2008, I started my military career as a "Non-Commissioned Officer" and ended it in January 2024 as a "Technical Sergeant". In the "Transportation" unit of the Turkish Air Force Command, I was responsible for the management of the entire vehicle fleet within the command (-planning, coordination, and process management-), maintenance and repair activities, cost studies within the scope of goods and service procurement and end-to-end management of tender processes.I collaborated with various business partners with different levels of management in operational processes. I worked on system improvements to maximize the efficiency of the logistics process. I managed a team of 40 to 50 people on average, although it varied periodically. I always closely followed global and local trends in the automotive world.In addition to being an SAP user in my professional career, in 2023 I decided to learn Sales Force, a CRM program, and attended a 6-month Bootcamp. I successfully completed it and received my "Sales Force Admin & Developer" certificates.Some of the qualities that have made me successful in my career are my ability to maintain my calmness in times of crisis and under extreme pressure, to quickly grasp seemingly complicated problems, and to reach the result quickly by evaluating the most appropriate solution options.For contact; syavuz2534@gmail.com
