My job description is to troubleshoot the machines within the factory, plan their periodic maintenance, and take part in the mechanical designs and constructional parts of some projects that will support production. Machine types that are maintained and repaired; hydraulic press machines, plastic injection machines, extrusion machines and pneumatic cutting machines. I also took part in project-based jobs such as powdering systems and metering meters, and in machining jobs based on small-scale mold manufacturing. Works such as repair operations of press molds, plastic injection molds and extrusion molds manufactured according to order are also carried out.

In this process; In machining, sample cutting on 5-axis CNC milling and lathe, sheet metal press brake bending and profile shaping in chipless manufacturing, laser cutting processes of sheets and pipes, bending and riveting of sheet metal parts at standard angles, pipe bending radius giving processes, gas arc welding, heat treatment and casting processes. And then; balance control (eccentricity) of shaft parts, crack control of turbojet compressor blades with the help of baroscope, NDI methods, assembly of aircraft components, control of produced parts with the help of calipers and micrometers in the quality control unit were observed.
