He has worked in industries ranging from pharmaceutical to technology, toys to television, all with the driving force that excellent creative thinking and top-tier execution always win out. Three of the companies that Sam has been either a key executive or founder of have been sold and he understands what it means to work in a small team or managing a staff of hundreds. In addition to excelling at his craft, Sam focuses much of his time on teaching others. Teaching and mentoring are in his DNA as a Professor of Media & Propaganda at the City University of New York's Hunter College, a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of creativity and experience and as an mentor/advisor to others in the industry. He currently serves on the advisory boards of Bitten, a conference focusing on food culture and technology and Correlate, a cutting edge data analytics platform.
