· Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the 12+ member sales team for Environmental Services, which provides its customers with non-hazardous and hazardous waste stream management.· Effectively execute sales strategies that will maximize sales volume, drive targeted profitable growth and professionally develop the sales staff. · Manage a diverse and complex service offering including, but not limited to, drums, lab pack, transportation and disposal of non- and hazardous waste streams, field services, container rental and other special waste.

· Manage local and corporate accounts of major refiners & petrochemical companies including ExxonMobil, HollyFrontier, Phillips66, Valero, Motiva, Motiva, Citgo, Chevron, PBF and Andeavor.· Market new technologies to Process Engineers, Technology Supervisors, Procurement, and Executive Management. · Responsible for high-revenue bid proposals (RFP), logistic coordination with manufacturing, and technical advisory.

· Manage Baker Petrolite's P2R (Prepared to Respond) Group.· Oversee fuel additive sales for North East & Southern US; Gulf Coast/Texas through Louisiana to Florida.· Provide chemical expertise to our client base of Traders, Schedulers, and other Energy Professionals.· Help customers increase market share through partnering on developing projects and discovering opportunity treatment options.· Direct turn-key additive treatment operations within Terminals and Refineries as well as offshore/ on-board vessels.· Supervise several regional operational teams of technicians, engineers, and contractors.· Handle inventory control, logistics, forecasting, contract negotiations, bid process, and market analysis.· Develop and maintain a continuous sales pipeline along with customer relationships among major oil companies, independents, and trading firms.· Create brand marketing strategies and initiatives that coincide with newly patented technologies.

· Created a sales pipeline within an emerging fuel additives marketplace.· Established a regional team through hiring local talent, which includes engineers & administrative staff.· Developed a network of distributors, contractors, warehousing, and chemical toll blenders.· Navigated the complex process of registering chemicals to comply with various International regulatory standards; Includes approvals specific to imports within Australia, China, Thailand, and Philippines.

· Managed established fuel additive customers and key accounts while expanding the portfolio of petroleum treatment capabilities to gain new customers.· Handled expansion of infrastructure into Panama, Freeport, St. Eustatius, St. Croix, Puerto Rico, & Trinidad.
