Without either, there is no success.Having been thrown into the deep end in my former career role, my bachelor and my personal interests, with nothing but my own commitment, I quickly and continued to grow the know-how. Having achieved:-a credit average GPA-complete design and coordination of engineering mechanical systems-skill acquirement in working with multi-disciplinary designers and authoritative personnel-construction building services experience-self-development in programming, used to maximise productivity-personal bests in weight gaining, health boosting and body shapingLearning and growing is significant to my interests. So I enjoy fast paced, positive energy environments. However, learning is never a one way road. Its about learning and teaching, teaching and learning, but most importantly, accepting that there is always a more profitable, safer and risk-minimal way to do anything. Keeping this in mind I:-improved workplace processes to maximise productivity-devised ways to innovate on current workplace work methods-maintained a high level of professionalism to assist progression of a small business into a medium sized enterprise.Small steps of progress lead to large advancements for all to benefit from.
