Working as part of the returns team dealing with returned orders from customers who had purchased products through the various marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.). Inspecting returned items upon arrival at the warehouse before re-packaging to be re-sold. Processing refunds and exchanges as well as dealing with customer queries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction. The role required attention to detail and focus due to repetitive nature of some of the tasks involved.

Packing orders as and when requested, involvement in manufacturing process of made to order garments. Quality control of products leaving the warehouse, requiring a keen eye for detail and excellent concentration. Working in a fast paced environment due to the seasonal nature of product orders as part of a team and assisting elsewhere where necessary.
