Led program for junior performance players at Bradfield College. Managed and mentored junior performance team coaches. Created and delivered presentations for parents and stakeholders. Developed individual player pathways. Under my direction, each player in program achieved their highest possible age group ranking; one highlight included leading an athlete from beginner level up to No.3 National age group ranking. Bradfield College was named UK No.1 independent school in 2019.

Coached at Brighton LTA-funded high performance center (HPC), working with international junior players. Managed junior program; helped Julian Cash to become youngest British player to hold a senior world ranking title. Led players to develop from beginner, to regional, to national ID athletes.

Coached programmes at venues in England and Wales. Coached younger brother Joe who climbed as high as UK No.1 in U18 rankings.
