As an eCommerce Group Manager at NI with over 12 years of experience in eCommerce and web strategy, I lead a team across 3 countries to deliver a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers, while driving revenue and growth for the company. I developed and executed a comprehensive product and merchandising strategy to align with the company's goals and objectives. My mission is to leverage my eCommerce expertise and passion for innovation to help companies succeed in the digital marketplace.I owned the product data and merchandising for all our products on NI.com, and I was a key decision maker for a multi-million dollar digital transformation project. I completed my company's three year management leadership training. I also advised clients on best practices for Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon eCommerce stores, creating and optimizing listings, advertising campaigns, and templates.
