She is a highly experienced resilience and stress management consultant, a certified trainer with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, accredited by the International Stress Management Association and the Royal Society of Public Health, a certified NLP neuroscience practitioner and a Nutritional Therapist.With nearly 20 years’ experience supporting her clients, and as the Wellbeing Judge for the Employee Engagement Awards, she appreciates the challenges of today’s fast- paced working environment. It is her mission to make it as easy as possible for employers to create a culture of wellness where employees thrive and businesses excel.Sam works directly with senior leaders as a resilience and wellbeing strategist. She specialises in both physical and mental resilience, neuroscience, energy management, stress management, change management and psychological safety at work. Sam’s ambition to put employee resilience and wellbeing at the heart of every business is a challenging focus. She recognises the need to satisfy business objectives and to secure a valuable return on investment. As a member of the Decision Making Panel for the Bank of England and with her recent award for MD of the Year with CEO magazine she is well placed to understand the challenges employers face; as a valuable coach and critical friend she supports them to enable positive employee experience and healthy high performance within the workplace.
