APAC delivery lead for Fortive project- Starting from June 2021, preparing and going-live the service model transition from in-house to MSP (Managed Service Provider) for Fortive APAC OpCos,- Managing Knowledge transferring and shadow supporting sessions between FTV team and Cognizant team- Hiring, onboarding, and training Cognizant Field Engineers- Monitoring and assessing service quality (based on SLA) and business user experience, providing improvement suggestions to the project steering team.- Establishing new IT procurement process and integrating it with existing business/financial processes- Collaborating with other MSP functional teams to fulfill APAC business requests and solve incidents
