Under the direction of the Financial Specialist Senior, I assist the Interim Assistant Dean-Finance, the Accountant, and the Financial Specialist Senior with financial reporting by auditing figures, reconciling data, calculating and collecting information to revise reports, maintain databases, contribute to budgetary process, payroll activities, financial reporting and related projects. Activities include, but are not limited to data entry, calculating, tracking, reconciliation, forms completion, projects, and other duties as assigned. On occasion I also provide staff assistance to the Lubar School’s Human Resources Department and perform reception, projects, and other activities on a back-up basis.

- Accept inventory shipments- Accept cash/credit payments and balance the register when closing- Maintain perpetual inventory system and assist in physical inventory counts- Process reward memberships- Organize and maintain merchandise displays- Provide customer service and assist with sales
