I was promoted to this role from serving as a Media Tester due to proving my business and technical acumen. Here, I develop and implement customer inflight entertainment (IFE) experience. In doing so, I collaborate with leading airlines and content service providers. I coordinate and monitor SW/software releases, testing support, troubleshooting, and quality checks in collaboration with cross functional teams. I ensure streamlined integration of latest features and technical enhancements by organizing and facilitating trainings/workshops to educate staff. In this role I collaborated with leading studios in Hollywood to develop content for IFE customer experiences. Through this process I developed and understanding of what clients expect as well as recurring problems with IFE use. To further ensure we optimized content, I developed tests to address specific issues and requirements. While serving the Little Lake City School District, I performed dynamic roles which included teaching assistance, network administration, and custodial tasks.I liaised with teachers to assist in creating learning/instructional materials, lesson plans, class schedules, and equipment set up. I aided struggling students by providing one-on-one tutoring. I maintained the network infrastructure while resolving problems and troubleshooting hardware/software. With this company I oversaw financial reporting, bookkeeping, recruitment, database maintenance, and administrative support. My main role focused on recording tenant payments and logging/monitoring financial transactions in addition to processing/reconciling accounts while generating and submitting financial reports.
