From manufacturer and supplier outreach, through content creation, and iterative improvements we strive to create the single best ecommerce resource for independent cycling and snow sports retailers.To accomplish this, I am a project and product manager, a cross-departmental communication wizard, and a process improver. I use both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies to define, track, and monitor projects that range from streamlining office coffee pot management to directly affecting the online success of over one thousand independent retailers in the U.S. and Canada. As a leader and supervisor I believe in respecting the unique qualities of each employee while helping them develop those same qualities to better help the team. My Masters in History provides a highly developed and research-focused ability to discover and integrate new tools and methodologies.
