I am working with the analytics team in prudential global services a captive unit of Prudential PLC. I have worked for Pru Indonesia, Poland and UK Business. For Indonasia we have built a lapse model. Me and my team are involved in campaign analytics, Call center analytics, CRM built and maintenance. We use decision tree techniques like CHAID , Random forest CART, regression linear and non linear, factor analysis, clustering like K means , KNN, Hierarchal, agent base modeling and time series forcecasting. We are working on building text mining and voice analytics capabilities. We use a wide range of tools from Excel VBA to R to SQL and to some extent Python.Working Closely with the business has given me a very different unique perspective on the extent and value analytics can contribute to business

My Journey in insurance domain began at fractal. Working for a US major commercial insurance company I have worked on Bayesian Networks to understand causality. Built Life time value models for customer. Also designed a customer survey and monitored the survey results (NPS analysis) We were involved in providing end to end Analytics solution for a UK Commercial insurance company . I built a platform on Qlikview for adviser performance monitoring and held training for the SMT UK in London on using this tool. Worked on a small crime detection project for one of the US state police departments.

My first steps into the corporate world was with the wonderful IHG team at WNS where I worked as a statistical Modeler for US/EMEA and Asia business. I have extensively worked on regression models and time series forecasting. The huge data that I worked with in terms of features and observation has laid a strong foundation for data handling.
