I’m Sam.I enjoy digging into a challenge, bringing a team together, exploring and implementing creative solutions, and having a bit of fun along the way.I'm passionate about intuitive Experience Design and legendary Customer Service and I'm happiest when making a positive impact.My professional background has been a bit diverse, starting as an Arabic linguist in the U.S. Air Force in 1998. In 2004, I joined the private sector and served as Director of Member Services at a start-up in the real estate industry. In 2011, I joined JPMorgan Chase & Co., where I started as an IT Project Manager and later transitioned to Digital Product Strategy.In 2022, I moved to TD Bank. I'm currently focused on enriching the lives of our customers and colleagues by improving the Call Center and IVR experience for our Retail Card Services line of business.In each role, I’ve developed and honed different complimentary skills. I'm always looking to learn, adapt, improve, and evolve.
