Over the last 8 years I have had the pleasure of supporting my clients in the Gaming, IT, Scientific and Engineering sectors, to find both contract and permanent candidates. Managing the whole recruitment process and ensuring the needs of the client are met within the required SLA’s. More recently this has involved a campaign to help deliver a team of Inside Sales Consultants for a business software company.Continued to build relationships with new and existing customers, providing guidance on the current market conditions and salary benchmarking information. Able to listen, give advice and solutions to customers during the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome. Helping to understand and guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure that they have a successful journey in finding the right role and company. Having in-depth interviews with candidates and setting up tests/assessments when required and giving feedback.

Moved into another area of Springs business by working for Spring IT Solutions to deliver all elements of a full-lifecycle resourcing and resource management process for Spring IT Solutions, the consultancy are of Spring Group. Key Responsibilities:Worked on IT Solutions key accounts – British Airways, Barclays, Aviva, Mars ISI, McKesson and Jaguar & Land Rover.Managed several projects for Barclays and British Airways, ensuring that multiple candidates were sourced for assessment days by meeting all timeframes to have candidates onsite for the deadlines set our by client hiring managers. Kept all stakeholders informed of progress throughout the recruitment process.
