Providing Landmark Network Service Delivery of over 240 branches across Australia. Managing and monitoring - Fujitsu, Telstra, TPG / Pipe Networks and other vendor parties and making them accountable for all network related issues.Responsibilities: - Building services relationship with Fujitsu, Telstra, TPG / Pipe Networks and other vendor parties- Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction- Monitoring overall performance of services- Collaborating with senior management on client account management and service improvement opportunities- Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared- 3rd party management responsibilities- Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations - Working with Telstra, Fujitsu and TPG / Pipe Networks to identify and manage service improvement activities- Along with operational managers and technical leads, accountable for and contribute to the overall performance of the global managed services division
