Most of my time at Karbon has been spent working on the Google Fiber iOS app that helps customers manage their network, devices, and account information. Development involved using Swift (and some SwiftUI) for writing code and comprehensive unit and UI tests. Before that I worked on Science Journal, an open source app for students that utilizes device sensors to aid in recording physical phenomena.

This is my small business for my own apps and occasional contract work for clients.I created and maintain the Mimi Uploader app for batch uploading photos to Micro.blog hosted blogs. Mimi is designed from the ground up to enable super fast uploading of images from an iPhone or iPad. Written in Swift, with over half the interface in SwiftUI.Recent clients include the "Glass - Photography Community" app.

During my time at eBay I was part of the Search team, which is a critical part of the eBay experience. I helped design and develop new web service APIs for use in the Search interface across all the front end platforms. I also implemented these and other Search related features in the eBay iOS app.

As part of the platform team, I designed and developed a new architecture for the Walmart iOS apps.

During this period I worked on the first Walmart iOS app for iPhone, and the one for iPad. And a new Sam's Club for iPad app. I also worked on other smaller and internal projects and helped in creating and maintaining code shared across all the apps made by the Walmart Mobile iOS team.

Research and prototype development in the area of computer system integrity and security at Intel Labs.From mid 2007 to late 2008, I focused on fast multiplication techniques for accelerating RSA public key cryptography. This work was demostrated at Intel Developer Forum at San Francisco in Fall 2008 and published at IEEE ISCC 2008 where it won the Best Paper award.From Fall 2006 to mid 2007, I was an intern and focused on techniques in rootkit detection through runtime memory scans using a hypervisor. This work was demonstrated at at Intel Developer Forum at San Francisco in Fall 2007 and published at SECRYPT 2008.

Worked on implementing the latest draft of the ForCES protocol for modular network devices. Also conducted experiments to examine ForCES robustness to DoS attacks through the use of TCP and SCTP for ForCES communication.

Implemented a research prototype protocol used for communicating with a heart implant device.
