About Sam Gibson

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, my journey has led me to Spark New Zealand, where I specialise in developing efficiencies and technology solutions for a large, Enterprise-grade Service Desk. My biggest recent accomplishment has been spearheading a pivotal migration to Genesys Cloud, encompassing scoping, service design, and training.My core competencies in technical leadership, relationship building, and thriving in high-pressure situations have been instrumental in delivering better outcomes for my team and stakeholders.
