Zluri is a B2B SaaS management platform Series B funded startup that lets IT admins and CISOs manage their SaaS spending, usage, and Employee Life cycle. I owned the ideation, orchestration, and development of the Unified Access Management (UAM) product line which grew and achieved $0.5 million in ARR within 2 years of launch.1. Led the product from Concept to Launch (0-1), Growth (1-10) and Scale (1-100)2. Led a team of 12 (Devs, CSMs, Sales associates, and PMMs) to strategize and deliver results in a boost increase in user engagement Q-o-Q since launch (4 months of Beta and 2 years of launch)3. Implemented user interviews and feedback to improve product leading to a decrease in churn and an increase in CSAT (with a reduction in over 30% number of query/bug tickets).4. Building and Overseeing over 80+ SaaS deep integrations with the Zluri app ensuring timely client delivery with end- to-end functionality.5. Filed and Secured Patent on “Unique Employee Onboarding/Offboarding engine” in India and USA6. Conducted ~15 webinars and onsite seminars as a channel to network, market, and grow customer base.

Arrow is a YC-funded D2C checkout platform that lets shoppers create a single profile for all of their payments. I was on a contract to own product architecture for a payment gateway and integrated 4 payment gateways of Singapore1. Ideated and delivered integration with Shopify and Wix that led to an increase in new user signups 2. Optimizing the checkout experience, resulting in a 35% increase in overall transaction completion and customer satisfaction within 3 months.3. Designing product architecture that achieves platform scalability and modularity when it comes to payment gateway and payment method integrations.

Cashkaro is a Tata-backed Affiliate purchase platform where I owned and Led subsidiary ‘Earnkaro’ from 0-1 ideating to releasing MVP1. Conducted user interviews, designed prototypes of Home, Make link and Usage tracking from 0-12. Collaborated with the marketing team for product positioning resulting in a 15% increase in market share.3. Worked directly under CEO for conceptualising new produclines
