I lead and manage a team of 40 teaching assistants, each of whom facilitate a class of 60 students every week where they develop students’ case analysis, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills. My responsibilities in this area include designing lab material and exercises as well as being the go-to contact for all needs and issues for the entire TA team throughout the semester.Other course wide duties include working directly with the textbook publishers to design and execute the online component of the course, as well as resolving extra-ordinary student issues that TAs and students experience.All of these duties were carried out concurrently while teaching 2 labs of 60 students total each week, assuming the regular responsibilities of a TA, as well as pursuing my double degree.
