Full responsibility for P&L ($250M+), financing, construction management, manufacturing, financial reporting, contract negotiations, supply chain, facility, and governmental compliance.• Managed the design & development of construction (concept to production stage) for three multi-site facilities totaling 200K sqft: 1) 100K sqft automated solid dose pharmaceutical (GMP) manufacturing plant; 2) 50K sqft pharmaceutical wholesaler / distributor; and 3) 50K sqft medical supply distributor. Directed and lead all facets of this $160 million capital project including budgeting, construction, automation equipment design & selection, validation process & protocols, and production / workflow layout.
