Architect a strategic planning and transformation framework, create a roadmap, and lead solution development.

Integrated SAFe 5.0, PMBOK, PDCA, and SCOR to create a Smartsheet-based Supply Chain Transformation Framework. Led an agile team to design-build-test, and implement the solution, then continued with an agile method to roll out and maintain the solution. Using this implemented framework, I led an expansion of the framework to include funnel management, aligning strategy, cost, and capacity. Additionally, I mentored and coordinated reporting from project managers, up to the executive Executive Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Conducted research, discovery, and documented organizational entities, business processes, and compliance related to oil and gas product logistics. I worked with the customer VP to align steering team reporting needs. Oversaw the documentation of sixteen major oil and gas terminal use cases, ensuring content and style met the final customer report requirements. Successfully delivered the final report deliverable to the customer steering team, achieving Final Acceptance five days before the scheduled due date.Organized and led meetings with client CEOs and staff, validating strategy, reporting progress, fielding issues, and managing risks. Collaborated with multiple CEOs for swift decisions. Distributed program status reports. Applied agile principles to explore data sources, create analytics micro-apps and generate new revenue streams. Facilitated artifact collection to define processes and data sources. Engaged in data modeling discussions for seamless integration and improved strategic insights.Architected a social platform with a selected tech stack, established a git repository, and created an initial pilot using various technologies. Conducted market research, developed a business plan, and secured investment from angel investors. Employed agile-scrum methods to document epics, stories, and backlogs. Negotiated and executed an IT services contract with an India-based provider. Managed a DevOps pipeline spanning AWS S3, PHP, Java, Node, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas, and LightSpeed for source code. Oversaw weekly sprints with offshore developers, orchestrated UAT planning, and obtained multiple patents and trademarks through the USPTO.

Led Long Range Plan for facility infrastructure and turnarounds. Managed staff of eleven, coordinated turnarounds, and set site-wide standards. Spearheaded safety training migration to managed services. Established Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering Improvement PMO with SharePoint. Co-led sister plant engineering audit. Orchestrated annual planning and quarterly reporting. Drove R&D for reactor lifespan extension.

Directed a digital transformation initiative, shifting from manual sales to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and VOIP system integration. Led training sessions, driving the organization's shift to digital. Managed IT asset security, including desktop computers, servers, and licenses. Implemented a workflow for more efficient private equity offering production.

Conceived and oversaw a consumer product's development, including business planning and entity establishment. Successfully negotiated contracts with manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and contract sales providers. Orchestrated a product launch at an international exposition in New York and managed overall business operations, growth, and exposure.

Managed a virtual collaboration platform for an Oil and Gas company, improving asset utilization. Led an RFID Go-to-Market initiative between Hewlett Packard and a strategic partner. Oversaw the development of a dynamic replenishment solution based on Sockeye. Managed joint initiatives with HP, RedHat, and Intel to qualify RedHat Linux for a pharmaceutical customer. Led architecture for General Motors' test management system. Orchestrated the creation of a Web Publishing system for HP's intranet and facilitated business planning workshops. Managed development of track and trace systems for Microsoft Certificate of Analysis and pharmaceutical serialization.

Created the master schedule for building Raytheon's nationwide high-speed network and developed the methodology for constructing over 500 sites. Prepared and delivered training materials to project managers, engineers, and team leaders. Designed a method for a smooth user transition to the new network. Took on the role of QA Manager on the Architectural Review Board and Transition Readiness Review Board. Additionally, I designed the layout of Raytheon's Network Operations Center in Andover, MA.

Managed implementing and integrating Manugistics' supply chain optimization software at Fortune 100 clients in the food, CPG, and automotive sectors. Conducted change management and training workshops for Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transportation Planning, and Advanced Manufacturing Scheduling. Oversaw Customer Relationships for Fortune 100 accounts, including PepsiCo, Deere and Company, Eveready Battery, Schwan's, and Nabisco. Additionally, I participated in product development workshops for supply chain optimization software.

Guided the development of a team of 16 logistics operators, overseeing logistics operations' P&L for shipping over 8 billion pounds of product across three units. Generated production plans in SAP R/3 for polyurethane and specialty chemicals at two operating units and participated in the Sales and Operations Planning team for the Polyurethanes business at DOW Freeport. Documented logistics processes for various operations and led the transition from a decentralized to a centralized logistics workforce model. Ensured reliability for formulation, packaging, loading/unloading facilities, rail tracks, bridges, fleet operations, docks, tank farms, and more. Managed small capital projects, including replacing a strategic railroad bridge, earning a special achievement award from the President of DOW NA.

Designed tooling for chemical milling and anodizing aluminum wing skins, beams, and other aircraft parts. Designed and conducted time studies as part of a proposal to Boeing. Developed a computer program written in Basic to improve the efficient use of aluminum sheets.
