I work on a small team managing supporting roughly 300 employees in 10 counties with their hardware, software, network and account needs.

I work with the studio managing a team of up to 8 people who travel to an onsite location of a children's/youth's sports league to photograph the players and teams. We can easily process several hundred players in a single day, and have their printed packages ready for them by the following game day. I also specialize in Photoshop work for the studio in creating the packages for each of the players, and have automated much of the process to increase productivity time by more than double that of the non automated process.

Managed the office when the owners were out, assisting customers with placing, and receiving orders. Placed, received and organized orders from our printers, as well as worked as photo manipulator and enhancer to adjust and improve the quality of our images before orders were placed.

I work with a team of 40 individuals providing live support by phone and chat to our company's employees located all over the globe. I specialize in email, and remote access support which also includes supporting our employees ability to use their corporate provided tokens that include signing and encrypting certificates, and at times assisting them with working with their government provided common access cards.
