I lead the Data and Technology team for Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Together we are committed to ending Colorectal Cancers and I am focused on providing the technology that our team, donors, and community need to meet this goal. My role includes:-Overseeing the technology team of five, supporting around 60 employees, with all employees working remotely or in a hybrid work-style.-Implemented hardware tracking system to better manage maintenance and replacement schedules. -Secured all patient data and safely stored in HIPAA-compliant cloud storage.-Developed strategies for better tracking and analyzing user data including safely studying patient support data along with more traditional web, fundraising, and marketing data.-Support 100% cloud-based software suites including Salesforce, Okta, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspaces, Office 365, and department-specific tools. -Supporting the development of custom, open source, software including a precision healthcare platform to support cancer patients, a patient navigator workflow built in Salesforce, and the creation of an online quiz tool to provide medically valid colorectal cancer screening recommendations.-Reduced spending by over $150,000 on cloud platforms by consolidating services and renegotiation contracts without losing any needed functionality.

As the Chief Customer Experience Officer, I served as a senior member of the leadership team coordinating superior customer experiences for all of our clients. Responsibilities include overseeing client satisfaction, internal sales to existing clients, and supporting new business development. I also lead our emerging Virtual Event Practice Area helping to support clients moving from in-person events to virtual ones due to COVID-19.
