To help clients in financial difficulty by completing a financial review to assess their circumstances and identify the most suitable debt solution that fits the clients needs.Responsibilities:• Contacting new clients - Responding to client money smart reports submitted through the Debt Advisory Centre website to assess a clients personal circumstances and financial situation by gathering as much information as possible.• Providing advice - Providing an easy to understand, tailored solution to help a client become debt free.• Maintaining existing client relationships - Keeping regular contact with clients to ensure the advised solution is still working and review this if circumstances have changed.

Helped multiple branches around the North-West to promote change and provide support embedding new digital ADH ATM's and tablets into the branch network. To improve the customer journey, customer service and self-service/automation rates.Including:• Providing in branch training to educate and inspire branch staff to actively promote new ways to bank via different digital channels.• Give guidance with new processes and resolve technical faults, to ensure staff are confident to resolve future issues independently.• Producing reports for senior members of the project team and Branch Directors, to provide project updates and report faults.
