Leading Civil and Structural quality assurance/control and site operations for the VCUH Children's Hospital project.

Senior Project Engineer and Quality Manager for the Civil, Structural and Architectural contracts on a greenfield chemical manufacturing project. * Schedule: Coordinate task level schedules from subcontractors, track progress and percent planned complete, facilitate look-ahead planning, and manage road blocks to key milestones. * Subcontractor Procurement: Assist in writing scopes of work, selecting bidders, evaluating bids and conducting post-bid reviews. * Change management: Verify quantities and pricing of change order requests, and track CORs to completion.* SWPPP Management: Responsible Land Disturber and Operator of the SWPPP; conduct site inspections; maintain SWPPP book with inspection reports, amendments, and corrective actions; liason to the AHJ and DEQ inspectors; manage BMP certification process* Supervise and/or coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and other personnel who provide assistance on specific assignments. * Coordinate the completion of construction activities in assigned systems and establish quality control procedures to ensure the readiness of systems for release for turnover to the client or for start up. * Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines* Track progress of assigned trades and review monthly payment applications and change orders for accuracy. * Manage project mobile software applications for completeness and accuracy of construction documents, posting of RFIs to correct locations, tracking of field issues, tracking of equipment status, QA/QC preparations for pre-commissioning and commissioning of Process equipment systems
