Passionate about Analytics, Product Development, Marketing, and of course - Food! Product Manager owning the Search and Recommendations experience at ADUSA for 3+ years. Working in partnership with our Data-Science and ML Engineering teams, I manage the design and development of recommendation models, search algorithms, and the future of product discovery for millions of users at Stop&Shop, Food Lion, Hannaford, Giant Foods, and The Giant Company. I've worn many hats at ADUSA - formerly Peapod Digital Labs. I started here during the pandemic during an unprecedented surge in grocery e-commerce traffic, working as a Product Data Analyst Co-op on the A/B Testing and Optimization team. After 6 months, I was hired full-time and transitioned to the Product team as a Product Analyst on Search and Browse team. For nearly a year I co-led the A/B testing program for PDL while also working as the Product Analyst for 3 scrum teams. This helped me get exposure helping lead teams focused on Search and Product Discovery, Retail Media and Monetization, Merchandising, Personalization and Recommendations. In 2022 I was promoted to Associate-Product Manager and began leading the Search and Hyper-personalization team at PDL. Still working tightly with the A/B Testing and Optimization team, I focused on generating value through new ways of interacting with Search and Product Recommendations through a new Search Typeahead experience, and In-grid Cross-sell recommendations. Partnering closely with our Data Science team, we developed new in-house models to target different strategies such as Cross-selling, Substitutions, Replenishment, and even Semantic Search algorithms. Managing the Search experience, I work in partnership with our Digital Merchandising teams and Retail Media teams daily to grow monetization revenues in our search experience while also improving our search relevancy by personalizing Search Results to the individual user. The Search Typeahead experience we developed is industry leading and allows users to build their basket significantly faster.Along the way I've also managed pieces of the RFP process for A/B testing platforms, Advanced Analytics tools, Session Recreation tools, and Product Discovery platformsI've also had chances to compete in an internal Hackathon, where my team won 3rd place for a Monetize-able and Shop-able Recipe Video concept
