After starting on a buying fast track scheme, I quickly came to realise I had a passion for selling products and building relationships with customers. By switching to a sales fast track scheme, I now assist an International Account Manager where I’m learning to position the right products with the right customers. By generating business, turnover and gaining experience in a sales support role, I’m ultimately working towards becoming responsible for a customer list/territory.
