-US Fine Art and Specie division.-I worked on numerous policy related matters that included, but not limited to, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. I also prepped our renewal lists each month.-Delegated endorsements and other tasks to the rest of the team as we received them.-I also assisted with resolution of billing matters and audit disputes, as well as ran standardized reports as requested on E2 and ICON.

As a production specialist with APS, I was responsible for reviewing virtual tour models (through Matterport) to determine that they met our quality standards. I also processed field data and created final customer deliverables (with Adobe Acrobat and Dropbox), as well as assisted with product design and field scope creation.

I was responsible for the video/photographic news coverage for one of central Virginia’s three largest news broadcast stations in media market 56. I traveled around Richmond and surrounding areas using a Panasonic AG series camera to capture video and photograph coverage of breaking news stories. After obtaining the coverage, I used Adobe applications to edit the video and prepare the package for the upcoming news broadcast before the required deadline. I was also responsible for setting up and running reporter’s live shots, and I am familiar with how to properly operate a live truck.I also shot video at the Washington Football Team’s training camp while it was in Richmond, as well as local high school football games. Other stories covered include the 2021 Virginia Governor election, Washington Capitals interviews, VCU Basketball, and various local politics coverage. All video was edited using Adobe creative cloud
