In my role as Project Manager and the Water Sector Lead at Hawkins Infrastructure I had responsibilities in four key areas - Project Delivery, Business Development, Design Management and Tendering.At Hawkins Infrastructure, I was responsible for the delivery of a number of water infrastructure projects, including Patea Reservoir and Water Treatment Plant.

Initially I was seconded to Scottish Water, the public body responsible for all of Scotlands Water and Wastewater networks and treatment, for over 12 months, where I was involved in developing strategies for minimising impact on EU designated Bathing Waters, as well as developing and implementing strategies to minimise the number of Environmental Pollution.

Involved in many residential and commercial land development projects, developing design drawings for water, stormwater and sewerage infrastructure, as well as road designs.
