Shift Supervisor
Current• Support management of the daily operations of the UES store: assume total responsibility when store leaders are not present.• Create daily business agendas, focusing on: goals, company-directed tasks/activities, and the prioritization of customer care.• Exemplify excellent customer care through the PS Customer Service initiative: CREATE: Connect, Respond, Explore, Add, Thank, Empower. • Motivate and direct associates: identify strengths, and areas of opportunity. Zone associates to areas, which highlight their skills, and/or afford them the chance to grow.• Seek and create development plans for potential workshop instructors. • Conduct Custom Print appointments: thoughtfully navigate and facilitate the creation of personalized products. Execute and manage orders with high attention to detail, and seamless follow-through.• Lead community engagement: strengthen relationships with fellow neighborhood establishments, manage and create content for store’s Instagram account.
