As a member of the Risk and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Unit I supported the development of Risk maturity across the organization by leading operational risk workshops, engaging with key stakeholders to identify KRIs and supporting the day to day operations of the unit.My primary responsibility was leading the ground-up redevelopment of the organization's Business Continuity Management System utilizing a systems integrated approach to align with ISO 22301.

Supervision of Community Service, Probation and Parole orders in the community with a dual objective of ensuring public safety and rehabilitating clients.Responsibilities I've held in this role include:-Assessment of client needs and offending risk-Case planning and case plan implementation-Responding to and mitigating dynamic risk-Court prosecution and court advisory services-Stakeholder relationship management with NGOs, State and Commonwealth government departments and internal organisational units-Collection of information for intelligence assessment-Collection of urine samples for urinalysis-Preperation of reports for Courts, state government and Commonwealth government departments.-Training and mentoring junior staff, peers and superordinate staff-Developing and running training workshops in support of significant organizational change
