Workstream Lead using Human-Centered-Design to guide and build client outcomes from discovery through implementation. In this role with a nationally-focused literacy initiative, I managed continuing client training and leadership advisory initiatives for organizational change in educational contracts. My work included teacher and principal professional development facilitation (in class and virtual), student and data assessment, instructional planning, leadership briefings, gap analysis and filling, root-cause analysis, and collaborative solutioning sessions, resulting in double-digit gains in student literacy for some of the most diverse districts in Pennsylvania.

As a teacher of English, I taught from Kindergarten to pre-undergraduate level classes. My work in South Korea included planning and teaching daily classes, intensive camps, gifted student workshops, and teacher professional language development sessions. On the campus of UC Berkeley, I planned and delivered English lessons to pre-university students from France, Italy, and Russia and conducted pre and post-assessments and data analysis. While in the Czech Republic, I planned in-depth lessons and taught classes to students from multiple countries while earning my Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA).
