I have a passion for corporate real estate management, design and construction, and workplace strategy and have found it very rewarding to figure out how to best balance the needs of a growing company with the needs of their employees. I excel at creating effective, innovative workspaces that reflect the company’s objectives and brand and that also provide employees with an exceptional workplace experience. I’ve always been drawn toward administrative management and being the go-to expert for enhancing the physical work environment. Along the way, I’ve gained invaluable experience in successfully managing vendors, system implementation projects, office services, physical security, and business continuity programs. With over 25 years in the medical device, financial, legal, and technology industries, I have spent my career focused on managing corporate real estate portfolios, lease administration, facility management, administrative services, and many other areas. My career has given me the opportunity to open and optimize offices in different industries, live in three great cities (New York, Chicago, and San Francisco), and manage operations and projects across the globe. Key accomplishments include:• Corporate Real Estate Life Cycle and Construction Expertise: Managed 40+ international and U.S. offices, includes disaster recovery and co-location facilities, and project managed 20+ construction projects including $4MM+ savings from strong negotiations, $30MM build out and relocation of showcase Manhattan headquarters.• Workplace Experience and Strategy Leadership: Standardized and ensured best practices of appearance and operational processes of all locations to provide consistent, positive experience for employees and guests.
