My duties as a junior project manager for ARPG included:- Overseeing new building projects and providing the necessary information for projects to on-site workers.- Ensuring all projects have the necessary planning permissions and meet building regulations, keeping up to date with any changes in legislation.- Researching and discovery of new sites / locations for future development projectsLast year, ARPG created a new branch which focuses on ECO (Energy Company Obligation) project installs. I have moved into a lead role on this side of the business ensuring all installs follow the guidelines and are completed up to OFGEM / PAS standards.

- Content management and SEO process co-ordination. Ensuring a consistent flow of work is completed to maintain the rankings on the company website(s).- General site administration across various Wordpress systems- Creating and optimising social media pages across multiple platforms to engage with customers.- Optimising landing pages and content for lead generation and to improve sales-funnels

- Manually transferring data to forms with speed and accuracy (92 WPM)- Sending and responding to emails in a professional manner

- General customer service experience gained
