Sam Pepper, RA is a Director at Lincoln Property Company and based in Los Angeles. In this role, Sam leverages his background as an Licensed Architect and his experience managing large, complex real estate developments to deliver better workplaces for his primary client, Google.Formerly Project Development Manager at Alloy Development where he led entitlements and design development for The Alloy Block, a mixed-use development currently under construction in Brooklyn which features NYC's first fully electric skyscraper. Earlier in his career, Sam was an Associate at SHoP Architects in NYC where he managed the design of Pier 17 which has become an internationally recognized dining and entertainment destination. Sam received his Master's of Real Estate Development with a Concentration in Finance from MIT, where he received the Exemplar Award upon graduation. His thesis, published in 2019, is titled Co-Living As An Emerging Market: An Assessment of Co-Living's Long Term Resiliency. In 2007 he received his Bachelor's in Architecture with Honors from the University of Virginia.
