Successfully managing the transition of multiple concurrent projects and operational changes into the test and production environments. Engaging with key stakeholders and senior management , understanding business requirements and advising on continual service improvements.

Employed by HP as an Implementation Manager to manage an operational team to enable the successful delivery of agile software projects –• Producing a Release/Deployment Plan for each release, to include resource planning, critical path, early life support, software version & environment control, back-out plan and escalation path.• Chairing go/no-go meetings with key stakeholders.• Liaising with the senior management team and service owners during and post major releases to update on Release progress.• Working closely with business change to understand the impacts of the releases and to manage the changes, reviewing communications, and benefit realisations with the business.• Close workings with the Project Managers, Technical teams, Test, Configuration and Change Managers to co-ordinate the transition of the Releases.• Manage lessons learnt sessions and implement service improvements, to include policy and process changes, working closely with other Service Management processes.• Attending and reporting on progress of Releases to a monthly review board, as well as attending the weekly CAB.• Escalation and Release back-out decision maker.
