Full management of all AstraZeneca contract vacancies within the professional areas (finance, HR, procurement, legal, marketing) across three UK locations (multiple sites in each location) via a mixture of direct sourcing and working with external suppliers. • Partnering with internal stakeholders / hiring managers to provide advice, solutions and recommendations in relation to contract recruitment. • Management of a PSL of agencies. Completing supplier reviews, incorporating comparison of performance against contractual SLA’s against MI performance data.
