Following my move to join AstraZeneca in the role of Senior Recruitment Partner for the Professional Sector division for Hays Talent Solutions, I have transitioned across into the Talent Acquisition team to look after the Oncology R&D area for permanent recruitment. Full management of all AstraZeneca contract vacancies within the professional areas (finance, HR, procurement, legal, marketing) across three UK locations (multiple sites in each location) via a mixture of direct sourcing and working with external suppliers. • Partnering with internal stakeholders / hiring managers to provide advice, solutions and recommendations in relation to contract recruitment. • Management of a PSL of agencies. Completing supplier reviews, incorporating comparison of performance against contractual SLA’s against MI performance data.

Sam is a Senior Business Manager specialising within Hays HR in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area. Joining Hays in January 2001, Sam began her career in the Bury St Edmunds market, focusing on permanent accounts recruitment up to qualified level, before moving to Cambridge to focus on temporary accounts recruitment.
