Projects:"30 projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors."Job description: Identified and explored potentials for resource efficiency and continuous improvement in materials, water, and energy consumption, leading to significant reductions in electrical consumption and CO2 emissions. • Conducted a desk review by collecting data from the factory's website, annual reports, sector-specific information, and peer companies' information.• Prepared a company visit based on the collected information.• Conducted a walk-through of the facility's processes to collect general information, such as company data, technology, production inputs and outputs, monitoring systems, environmental related costs and compliance, storage, and immediate improvement measures.• Collected electrical data by measuring voltage, current, power, and power factor for each equipment using a power analyzer and clamp meter. Used a thermal camera to inspect insulation and detect hot spot areas of the machines.• Performed an Energy Balance analysis between actual measurements and real electricity consumption. Analyzed the data to identify saving opportunities.• Developed an action plan to implement the identified energy-saving opportunities and presented it to the facility management.• Improved information systems including stock management system, cost accounting system, and production planning.
