NEOT group specializes in oil and bio-products wholesale in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Large Nordic service station chains ST1, ABC ja SHELL sell the fuel delivered by NEOT. NEOT supplies annually roughly 7 billion liters of fuel to around 2,000 service stations and hundreds of thousands Finnish homes and companies are heated by oil delivered by NEOT. In addition, NEOT supplies significant fuel amounts to be used in seagoing vessels and in the aviation industry.• My tasks included daily liquidity management, cash planning and reporting • I covered liquidity risk by using short-term debt and currency derivative instruments. • My position required me to be in daily contact with NEOTs risk controllers and Finnish banking industry. • At times I also covered risk position reporting in addition to my treasury related tasks.
