• To maintain record of all employees in ERP Dynamics (Enterprise Resource Portal).• To create and make Pay Order in ERP and to look after it’s purchasing.• To maintain data of all employees in Excel Sheet & to finalize payroll and send it to accounts department.• Maintaining attendance record of all employees in excel format & to look after employees reimbursement and deduction.• Maintaining filling records of HR like EOBI, SESSI, PESSI, Security, and EmployeePersonnel file.• Helping HR officer in other different tasks & assignments.• To look after employees bank form and to proceed it for further verification.• To look after the matters in absence of HR Officer.• To carry out clearances of resign employees & make FNF of their settlement.
