Telecommunications engineer consultant United Nations stabilization mission in Haiti, Haiti HQI worked as a telecommunications engineer Adviser for the mission HQ. , technical services departments, during this period I did the following:• Support the Haitian government and police; to build their own ICT infrastructure and telecommunication projects such as microwave links, PABXs, broad band and trunking wireless networks.• Support the mission in planning and designing of Haitian’s data bases and data centers, and integrate them together to serve Haitian police, ministry of justice and customs department. • Monitor and supervise the technical team of Haitian police’s command and control center.• Inventory check for all Haitian telecommunications assets, evaluating the infrastructure, communication's and tower’s sites, propose solutions to enhance the capacity, availability and performance of these assets.• Act as a Liaison officer between UN’s mission HQ.
