As well as helping my manager set KPI’s for the team and helping to ensure that they are motivated, I have my own KPI’s and I am always looking at SMART objectives that I can achieve for the team as well as myself.I also managed the development of systems for our team, this included looking at areas for improvement on our customer facing and internal systems, and to deliver training on a regular basis to ensure they are used correctly and to their full potential.I needed to make sure the development team are notified of any errors or any changes that may need to be made to make the order process for us and the customer’s user friendly, and by also looking at ways to maximise business by adding new features or enhancing current features.Whilst being at Daisy I took various training sessions, I completed my NVQ level 2 in customer services.
