As the Head of Special Projects at Elder Care, I oversee the strategy and execution of a groundbreaking project that aims to improve the quality of life and health care for elders. With the help of a dedicated and talented team, I coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, monitor project progress and manage risks, ensure that project objectives and milestones are met, and manage the project budget and allocate resources effectively. Before joining Elder Care, I was the co-founder and CFO of Bridge Care, a Health Tech startup that secured funding from IsDB, angel investors, and grants. I led the financial turnaround of Educast, an education platform that increased its revenue and reduced its expenses by 15% and 20% respectively in the first year. I also implemented automation of financial software, improved cash flow and forecasting accuracy, and established strong relationships with key stakeholders and investors. I have strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management, as well as a passion for social innovation and impact. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Institute of Business Management, with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services.
