Main Responsibilities included:- Installation and customization of software on customer servers- Patching and troubleshooting software releases (RedHat8 and Windows 10)- Creating, editing, and integrating displays- Translating and writing code (C language) for specific software products- Acted as customer's 'point of contact' for multiple products- Conversion Lead role, this included working with the customer to 'map' the historical databases to OSI's database structures (tracked on JIRA)- Documented methods and best practices for specific software installs/upgrades/fixes- Worked within project team to deploy and configure the software based on build documentation and contract requirements- SME member, internal team of experts to help other project teams/customers with questions/issues Show less

Worked under head of Facilities Management Engineering department (a civil engineer) to assist with engineering projects including working on CAD, updating maps, checking fire extinguishers, doing locates for construction, and doing utility tie-ins. My main projects were:- Tracking and updating data for campus light poles/LEDs- Creating a master map of the compressed air pipes- Fix building maps on CAD after remodels/errors and export them to campus wide systems
