In his role as CTO, Sami played a pivotal role in advancing UMNIAH Mobile’s technological capabilities, leading the deployment of groundbreaking projects and driving operational efficiencies across the company.Achievements: Recipient of the CEO club award at Umniah. This is the pinnacle of Umniah awards programs which recognizes the “best of the best", in recognition for their outstanding achievements attained through team work and yielding maximum benefit to the company. Successfully steered initiatives in business process improvement, business process reengineering, strategic management and system integration management. Launched Jordan’s first VoLTE project and successfully rolled out the country’s largest FTTH network Orchestrated the launch of a 14.7 megawatts solar farm generating 55% of company’s electricity consumption  First operator in middle east to layoff the GSM (2G) network in August 2021. Successfully launched the Ministry of Education project by connecting over 3,800 schools with remote access, cameras and internet connectivity.  Played a key role in increasing the company’s EBITDA, running full network checks, cost optimization and automation. Successfully re-structured Engineering department into unified technology functional base, based on Plan, Build, Run and Check module, introduced new Network Architecture division for long term engineering strategy. Led the company to be ranked the fastest mobile network in Jordan by Ookla since 2019Member of the Senior Leaders Team (SLT).Key Responsibilities: Directed the Engineering and Technical departments, providing strategic guidance on systems implementation and cost management. Spearheaded the transition to 5G, leading cross-functional teams in the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Managed multi-vendor relationships and led critical network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Assisted the Engineering Director in all Engineering department activities. Operation & maintenance of all 2G/3G products in Southern Emirates.
