I am currently the 2024-2025 Event Coordinator for Rho Phi Lambda and help create events for Rho Phi members and Cal Poly EIM students. Some of these events I will be coordinating include the EIM Career Fair, as well as assisting the Vice President in planning professional development trips to career conferences and other similar opportunities.

I work under Dr. Sandy Shen and assist with research for a VR Hotel Marketing and Sustainability project. I help with literary reviews, data collection, and research proposals.

I bartended nightly and for special events such as rehearsal dinners and birthdays. I also would serve a small section at the bar with food but primarily made drinks and entertained people sitting at the bar. I learned specialty cocktails, classic drinks, wine and basic bartender skills.

I assisted in resort check ins, resort orientations, and resort check out's. I helped answer the phone to schedule stays, massages, yoga, fly fishing classes and any further questions people had. I also aided in housekeeping tasks such as room change overs, laundry, room disinfecting, cleaning the sauna etc.

I was a Beverage Cart Driver and helped serve people beverages and food on the golf course.

I helped serve food, book reservations, host large events, and bus tables

I helped make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, serve and take orders at the bar, package and deliver to-go food orders, and clean the bar.

I helped serve food at the pool, and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the pool

I was a sushi chef at Sweet Chili Asian Bistro and rolled behind a sushi bar. I learned and perfected the fundamental Sushi Rolling skills and had to learn how to work under pressure since there was typically only 1 person working a night.

I was in charge of all to-go orders and answering all phone calls. I also helped re set tables.
