Working closely with industry leading customers to meet their product requirements and deadlines. Worked on various projects for ALD, MOCVD, etch and clean tools. Provided customers with quick turnaround and fast prototype delivery while meeting strict industry specifications. Head-to-toe project supervision including overseeing technicians, drafters, QC personnel and shipping managers in order to deliver results with quality and timing. Examples of projects include high temperature N2/DI Water vapor delivery lines with tight temperature tolerance and exit gas temperature requirements at varied flow rates; high temperature insulators with maximum touch temperature specifications based on S2 guidelines and ampoule chiller insulator assemblies required to perform at temperatures as low as -20C without outer surface water condensation. Helped select, purchase and integrate machinery and tooling for improved production yeild, such as sophisticated CNC knife cutting table, heated vacuum table.

Primary responsibilities included design and 3D modeling/drafting of OEM heater and thermocouple assemblies integrated in semi-conductor tools. US Patent pending design developed to use thermally conductive substrate to improve high temperature heater performance by up to 30% (inventor credit). Research and development of new materials and designs to improve heater and thermocouple performance to keep pace with increasing temperature requirements and tolerance of the industry. Testing and analysis of test data of heater assemblies to meet customer specifications. Developed and instructed standardized training to teach incoming technicians how to read engineering drawings and navigate through document control and CAD viewer software.
